Northeast Texas Heart of Hope (Heart of Hope), a Pregnancy Resource Center is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization located here in Sulphur Springs serving Hopkins County and the surrounding area. We are a FREE pregnancy resource center offering support to the mother and father. At the center, we offer free pregnancy test, one free sonogram, and parenting classes if the mother and/or father are interested. Our Earn While You Learn (EWYL) classes teach the client about their pregnancy, how to take care of themselves and their baby, and techniques to be a successful parent. While the client is participating in these classes, they receive “Mommy/Daddy” dollars they can use to purchase baby supplies from our “Baby Boutique”. We also perform adoption referrals and post abortion support.  While we recommend you make an appointment, walk-ins are more than welcome.

What can I expect during my appointment?
Though each appointment varies,  you can expect to meet with a Client Advocate who will review your intake form go over the services provided and answer any questions you may have.  After meeting with your Client Advocate, you are given a self-administered pregnancy test and if positive we schedule a time for a sonogram.  Appointments are generally one hour in length and designed to meet your specific needs.

Do you offer referrals for abortion or birth control?
We neither perform nor refer for abortion or birth control. We are committed to giving you the best and most accurate information on all your options, including information on pregnancy development, abortion procedures and sexual risks.

How can you offer your services free of charge?
As mentioned above, Heart of Hope is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. We receive most of our funds and material resources from individuals and private organizations which have a heart for the community. Because of their generosity, all of our services are free of charge.
